The 888 Crew

Chicken was good as well are the portion sizes. However there was one area of contention in that the lamb was dry and when this was mentioned there was really no recourse and given the limited number of covers currently you would think they would care a little more. Shame really as else would have recommend but a place is also know by how they rectify any complaints or issues.

The best Arab/Yemeni cuisine in London by a far stretch! Their lamb mandi is something I would come back for regularly. The freshness, hygiene, atmosphere, ambience.. everything is perfectly balanced. On top of this, the waiter was tremendously well mannered and served us very professionally. The manager/owner of the restaurant was always there watching over making sure customers were satisfied. Can’t praise this place enough, give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.

I DO NOT recommend this restaurant!, I came here for iftar ( breaking fast during holy month of Ramadan), We arrived at the restaurant at 19:30 and ordered our food at 19:36 which is very punctual considering iftar was at 20:01 allowing the chefs and staff plenty of time to prepare our meals. At 20:01 we received no type of meal to our table, not evening a soup or bread to break out fast which is very disappointing considering the staff are also our religion so they understand what it feels like to fast for 17hrs without food or water. We received water at 20:03 and we thought the starters will come soon after. Unfortunately that was not the case, we asked the staff about 3 times is our food arriving and each time they said it’s on its way. At 20:25! we received our soup, and the soup itself was not even the soup we ordered, the staff were not apologetic or understanding one bit and we did not want to waste our money and time where we felt we was not welcomed. So me and my friends decided to leave and find a restaurant with much better service.

Excellent food. Great service. Always with a smile. Good quality and quantity. Very friendly staff. The Mandi is the best. Although have visited after almost a year, bit still same taste and service standards maintained.

The chicken tawooq was absolutely delicious, portion size was very good! , Tender and marinated perfectly. Even cooked better than some Lebanese restaurants in the Uk Thank u for such a great meal. : )

Excellent Yemeni food & really top tier service. I’ve been several times and it’s always consistent, with great options on the menu. The adeni tea is lovely!

Best Khaleeji Food I've ever eaten. I was over the moon. The taste was superb, especially the mixed platter. Excellent Customer service. The music was cool. The interior design and decoration were awesome. The whole atmosphere reminded me of Yemen / Southern part of Saudi Arabia. Keep up the good work. See you again, inshallah.

This was the only place In london I was able to find Kabsah and Mandi! Until further notice this is the closest you can come to authentic gulf food (I.e Yemeni, Saudi, Emarati etc.). The food was piping hot, and delicious. But the prices were through the roof.
