Thieves! 35p for a B/W A4 print off a file. When challenged on the exorbitant cost, they claimed it was due to labour costs! This after I had to show them how to use THIER computer to send a file to print! To compound matters they claim to charge 70p for an A3 print B/W sheet from provided file. And as for their cartridges. They may be cheaper than branded cartridge but they'll only provide 15-20% of a proper cartridge.
Excellent service and customer satisfaction from staff, always helpful. Would not go anywhere else for Ink refills.
Superb service, fast and reasonably priced. Do not look to the internet or ebay for new cartridges, get them refilled here for a fraction of the price!
