Was shocked at the poor level of customer service. I was made to feel a nuisance for asking questions and trying things on. So I decided to take my money elsewhere... It's a shame because the shop has lovely stock, it's just the service leaves a lot to be desired! Should have read the other reviews before coming!

My visit to this equestrian establishment has been met with bitter-sweet feelings. As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted with this cold, disinterested, rude and dismissive sales associate who didn’t seemed very unhelpful towards me. Her name is Ariel, by the way. However, I was very chuffed & pleased to have a much nicer social interaction with Raquel, the retail manager; well she seemed much more engaging.
Limited selection. Kind of odd assortment of equipment. High quality. Priced for the area.
I recently came into the shop to get some horse riding bits for myself and I have to say I was really put off by the high prices. However the lady that helped me picked out some nice bits that were a bit more affordable. The shop is small but pleasant and I had a good conversation with lady working (I believe her was Arielle) and she recommended some stables for me to try. I suppose the prices are for the service you get for finding your sizes etc. But I would recommend online shopping if you are following a budget.
So thankful for the customized attention from the staff. I usually have a hard time deciding what's the best equipment for me and often make the wrong choices, but getting advice from people who really knows about it has made all the difference. Really recommend them if you need good quality and great advice.
