If I could give no stars I would. Absolute fraudsters DO NOT USE Proceeded to carry out work without quoting me because they’d apparently ‘lost my number’ (I called the person’s mobile about 5 times that day). Proceeded to remove the 1 pane of glass I needed changing. I called them mid removal and asked for the price - over 700!!!!!!!!!! For one pane of glass I told them they shouldn’t have proceeded without pricing the job. The work person then became abusive and threatened to leave the property unsecured. I threatened to sue him should I get burgled. They then miraculously agreed to drop the price to 270. Still way too expensive. Another company quoted me 90 for the same work. DISGRACE AND SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT USE

Farad agreed to repair my beautiful glass Italian table which I broke during my lockdown DIY! It ended up being a geometrical challenge and took many hours of calculations and test pieces to ensure the legs were re-bonded in the correct place to accommodate the drop down extensions. Farad never gave up despite the fact that it took him hours. He was patient, tenacious and precise and ultimately gave me back a table that I am delighted with. I highly recommend this hard working and tenacious business and thank them from saving my prized table which I would have otherwise had to replace with a cheap Chinese copy.

I had extremly bad experience with Rima- Teck. On 27th April he visited my house to look at broken doulle glazed window and repearing some Lead on my bay window. He asked for 720 which I paid by cheque in advance . I asked his advice in order to stop water coming in from my patio doors. He suggested that I need 10 tubes of cilicone each one costs 22 and needs one day job. He suggested entire job will take 2 days. He also suggested if I want to buy the cilicones, which I trusted him to buy. He did not give me any invoice at all. The day his colleague came to do the job ; He removed the broken glass and took it to the workshop near to our house. He came back with 6 tubes of cilicones . I checked the price and they were 1.30. He asked me for cooking oil because he forgot industerial oil. Then I found out the cilicone should not be used by any oil at all. The job took 2 hours. In some places he even did not smooth the cilicone. The leak did not stop and my patio doors all still greasy. Luckily I was able to stop the cheque for 400. He blackmailed me and accused me of have the invoice and are making lies. He made more threat which I rather not to mention in here. Second job, for 720 was done very very poorly. I am even worried for more leaks. The rubber around this new window is not in straight line.... too bad to explain. I already made complaints to related agencies. I hope no body else go through the stress and thread was created by the owner of the company. Simin

We had a smashed window from a football so needed a panel of glass replacing. Extremely professional company. Completed the job within a few days of getting the quote and to a high standard. Friendly and helpful team, reasonable price and cleaned up afterwards too. Would highly recommend!

Use their sister company Browns in south London and use them when in North London usually get double glazing from here and other bits of glass too. Very good quality happy with the price and great customer service
