After going to almost every shop in Hatton Garden (no complaints on any of them), I settled on buying my wedding ring from Riviere. It was a great price, and Mo was so helpful and cheerful he made the experience a pleasure. The ring is absolutely gorgeous, Mo listened to my opinions and gave me great advice. Communication while it was being made was also really good. I highly recommend Riviere Jeweller

Couldn't recommend Riviere enough! Incredible service created a stunning bespoke ring based on some photos I showed them. Special thanks to Sam he was amazing kept me updated with progress of the ring throughout the whole process.
When looking at designing an engagement ring, Riviere Bespoke Jeweller guided us through the process, offering expert knowledge, advice and details at each step. Mo and Naomi couldn't have been more helpful and we felt they really understood what we wanted to achieve. They were patient, listening to what we wanted to create and were keen to ensure that we enjoyed the process. We felt involved on the journey and they worked collaboratively with us to create a really stunning piece of jewellery.
Poor standards of Jewellery. When brought to their attention, they sorted it with more poor quality Jewellery. They then tell me to leave their shop and have refused to answer messages. I now will have to go through the Trading Standards to get them reported. DO NOT be fooled into thinking that their jewellery is in any way custom made/bespoke as we found out looking elsewhere, DO NOT think they are providing you with a super discount when we later found it cheaper elsewhere. Buying an engagement ring should be a memorable occasion and should be something special. In store staff (Antonio) and the director (Anita) made this awful. If you value your health and want something that is memorable, avoid this place. Even though we had all the messages and proof that they were in the wrong, they still tried to pass on the blame to me and my fiance as customers. Lost money and no refund.
Amazing! Sam and the team did an great job sorting our engagement ring. We loved their unpretentious, relaxed and friendly approach. If your done with posh/pushy jewellers as we were then come here. They sourced beautiful off white diamonds and made a vintage style setting exactly as my fiancee wanted and guided us through the whole process. We'll be back for our wedding bands I'm sure! Thank you
