Just tried to make a reservation on the phone and the sound was not working. I called again, finally being able to hear, and the first answer that I got after I said 'Hi, is this Romy Hair Salon?' was an angry and loud 'do you speak or do you play?' I was going to book an appointment but definitely will look for other hair salons in which the staff members are respectful and have manners :)

Great experience and lovely staff! I had a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry done. Since my hair is very damaged and thin usually it’s quite difficult to mange, but my hairdresser was extremely professional, knowledgeable and gentle and achieved an amazing result. Super happy and the prices are more than decent. I will definitely be back soon and I truly recommend it to everyone!
