Booking is an absolute nightmare! The only way to contact them is by using a contact form and then they take forever to reply. I searched and searched and finally found 3 different contact numbers which claimed to be for people with enquiries; it turned out that none of them were actually linked to the community centre. On my last call, I ended up speaking to someone all the way in North London who said that he's always receiving calls for bookings but he's not the person that takes them or has any information. He gave me the contact details for the person who apparently does take the bookings but the number doesn't go through. I'm being sent round in circles when really, there should be ONE contact number on their website that takes you directly to someone who can help. It really isn't hard to buy a simcard or set up a phone line and add the number to your website. On the plus side, I have been there before and it is a nice space (hence me giving 2 stars rather than 1) but how exactly the person booked the space is what I need to find out because this has been an unnecessarily difficult experience....
