I bought them around the world flight last year and they ask for the refund to the flight companies when the flights started to be cancelled, some of them I know they have already received the money but they did not give me yet anything and now they did not even answer my emails! I was very happy with them, how they look all my trip and the price, I was gonna recommend them but after this experience that they are not giving me any info and after 6 months I did not see any money yet.... I won't recommend to anyone!!!

Excellent service. Stuart and the team helped me plan a 3 month, 20 flight tour round South America for me and my family. It all went smoothly, despite various last minute changes of plan! Great stuff.

I booked a round the world flight in 2014 and sadly did NOT have a good experience with this company at all - lack of communication which costs us money and a lot of stress. There were numerous things that they failed to mention and were not clear to us from the itinerary we had...to name a few: 1. They didn't mention anything about visa for the US (even though it was a stopover). We had phoned a member of staff who had said we didn't need one as we were staying in the airport. This resulted in us missing our flight to the US and our connection to Costa Rica. We managed to negotiate a place on the next plane for the US flight but had to buy another flight to Costa Rica! An expense we would rather not have had at the start of our holiday. 2. Our flight from Costa Rica to LA was actually via Texas - this was not mentioned to us and was not on our itinerary, it resulted in a lot of stress running around the airport trying to figure out what flight we were on. 3. Our flights back from Australia - were not technically 'booked' but just 'reserved', the airline said they could not let us on the flight as it wasn't confirmed that we had a seat!! We were sitting in the airport very worried and having to wait to the last minute to then get driven through security and through the gates. So overall, I cannot recommend this company, it caused us quite a lot of stress that could've been avoided with better communication and actually booking seats on planes. I'd go with another organisation next time I'm afraid.
Excellent our agent Stuart was very quick at replying to our messages & sorting out any changes to our itinerary nothing is to much trouble gave good advice about how to travel on a budget
