Not even close to 1 star : as I went there once and I couldn’t see anyone behind the counter until a lady was rushing to serve me :I asked about a specific item’s ingredients to avoid allergic problems then I could hear a loud male voice shouting from the back in a foreign language to get the lady’s attention: by seeing her face reaction I knew that this person was interfering with me ,so I asked her the same question again but she kept quite when this weird male voice cut her again .I finally gave up and walked out but when I was driving off I was surprised to see a male worker outside the shop standing and staring at me until I left. Definitely not coming back seeing this horrible attitude .

Very rude customer service. I called to ask for a price and whether I can order for a fresh made birthday cake. She started mumbling and wouldn't give me a range of prices. I did not ask for a definite price so what's the issue with giving min to max price for a 12inch square fruity cake? She then says, sorry I have customer now. Can you call later or come and visit us? So what am I??? Not a customer? Absolutely disgusted, the management needs to do something about their services. I have always gone there before but not anymore. Obviously not a problem for them, just one customer less

I don’t even know where to start! I have bought quit a few cakes and they are never fresh, old cream, stale sponge, rotting fruit have explained to the staff when taken the cakes home they are not good!! Staff have no customer service incredibly rude, abrupt, argumentative (especially the woman) when explaining there was mould on the fruit. Would not accept it didn’t offer money bk or give fresh cakes - do not buy from here it’s is awful. Cannot understand how they think running a business like this is going to bring customers bk honestly your better off going to Tesco!

I visited today to purchase two cakes one for me and one for my friend, we also tried the smaller biscuits. The cakes and biscuits were delicious, I have eaten pastries all over the world and this shop is one of my favourite. We were extremely happy and we will be definitely returning again. The shop deserves 5 stars for their amazing tasty pastries. Thank you.
