So this place is known for it's Hot Chocolate, undeniably one of the best in the city. The only problem was that my hot chocolate was not that hot. LOL. The taste is amazing, like literally a bowl of melted chocolate. Known for it's dessert so my fault in thinking that non desserts item would be good! The ravioli was just sad... Too hard and not at all flavoursome plus the quantity offered is nothing in front of the price. The crepes again was yummy! Too much chocolate is not a bad thing and this place will give you that in abundance. The ambience was also a little sad as the building was under construction and a lot of people were craving for their hot chocolate last evening:) Cute staff but small team to manage so many people! Decent experience. Must try for desserts n hot chocolate and make sure it is hot. I didn't complain and just drank cause the guys were genuinely busy!

The best hot chocolate I have tried in London. Made of real chocolate, not like the water tries most of the places give you. The lovely Italian girl working there gave us really good advises Covid update: It looked safe, they have a menu outside, and only 1 person can enter the place at a time

Always a pleasure to come here after a cold walk. Said's white chocolate is one of the most delicious things in the world. The hot chocolate is perfect, smooth and rich. I would recommend adding triple chocolate to all beverages! My go-to place for a real hot chocolate.

I am Italian and I have been in London for a search for the best and most authentic Italian hot chocolate. There were some really good places but no one tops this place. Their hot chocolate is thick and creamy and amazing. I have been going there every day with my dad. Yesterday I met the owner and he was easily the kindest man I have ever met. Please go to the restaurant and review it. They honestly deserve it. P.s. try their chocolate cake with triple chocolate

Sadly couldn’t try the hot chocolate. Waited 25min as first in line to be told the hot chocolate machine was no longer working. Sadly we were not acknowledged until 25min in the line, with many others served take away before us. Would have been happy with a take away had that option been given. It looked great and others seemed happy, would have loved some better communication while we waited.
