Great customer service, I was helped by Simone and Massimo, they have shown me a wide variety of products helping me getting my outfit for a special occasion. I was dressed head to toe in Ferragamo and I was the star of the party. Thank you again I will definitely come back.

Lovely staff. Agnieszka the Manageress looks so well after me, similarly for the Italian assistant manager he’s so charming and helpful, without forgetting Sofia the lovely sales assistant. They always make me feel welcome and well looked after. Love their stock too. Comfy shoes. Sometimes lovely dresses or coats too

You visit this store to browse and perhaps purchase something from their range of fabulous Italian shoes & accessories. Some staff can be rude and ignore customers as they chose to judge (incorrectly) who they will serve based on appearances. You can witness some of the staff stare and judge who to serve based on the commission they hope to make. More often than not, opting to serve who appear to be wealthy tourists who sometimes exhibit appalling manners rather than serve those that appeared before them. You visit for the luxury goods, if you're lucky to be served politely, then you're obviously dressed well enough to catch the sales assistants' attention.
Got reversible calf leather belt in red and black.. absolutely loving it.. this logo has never been introduced before and was told by Ferragamo rep in store that this is limited edition so i didnt mind paying a premium for it.. i think we all are there to get something exclusive.. !!! Wearing and loving it..
