Sayer Clinic have been an amazing find. The treatment I have received from Dr Michael, Dr Chris and Chifumi has been world class! From my diagnosis of costochondritis, Sayer Clinic has been outstanding in treating and managing the condition. They really helped me at time when I was at a loss and in significant pain and distress. The treatment is a very holistic approach, coupled with their vast knowledge, skill set and expertise. This includes work on posture, sitting, physiotherapy, massage therapy and managing the condition day to day. They have also signposted me to equipment, which has been invaluable. With Sayer Clinic, they are able to answer questions, alleviate fears, treat you with amazing results and take you on a positive path to rehabilitation. I could not recommend the clinic enough!

I can’t recommend the Sayer Clinic enough. Having suffered ongoing neck pain for years I had looked at seeing a chiropractor for help and I’m really glad to have chosen this clinic. Chirs Berlingieri is fantastic, after my first appointment the pain I was feeling practically disappeared. On my 7th session now and I’m finally able to sleep and continue with my life pain free. If you’re thinking of having treatment for neck or back pain, this is the clinic for you.

Having had persistent chest pains (very likely costochondritis) since April following a viral infection, Dr Durtnall and Ms Fukui have been absolutely fantastic in getting me 80% of the way back to normal. I’m continuing to improve, and at this point the pain has become an annoyance rather than being debilitating or a barrier to 99% of my normal activities. I’ve found this especially impressive since my first appointment was only at the beginning of July! All the clinic staff I’ve interacted with have been incredibly professional and knowledgeable, as well as having very pleasant bedside manner, and administrative queries are responded to quickly and efficiently. If you’re suffering from chest/rib pain in particular, I can’t recommend booking an appointment enough.
Recommend for Costochondritis, Tietze syndrome, chest pain and \swollen rib\. Dr Durtnall diagnosed me in the first session after seeing a few NHS specialists and being told the only solution is cortisol injections for pain management. With the manipulation and posture & exercise advice I got given, I was 80% better after 2 months of treatment and had over 90% reduction in symptoms after 3 months. He has also helped build my understanding of how to keep my back healthy for the rest of my life. I wish I'd gone sooner!
