disappointed. Initially the lady was helping and I ordered three items. She explained one item was due in within 48 hours and would post. After 4 days I called and was told still not in. I called in again after waiting 2 weeks and told still an issue with delivery. I pointed out my biggest concern was the lack of communication. Her reply was "yes". She then apologised when I asked if that was her total response. The attitude was poor enough that I asked for a refund on the order. Had it been handled differently and with better comms, I would have waited. Just lost her firm an order and wasted 2 weeks of my time.
