My 7yo son has been training judo and, more recently, wrestling for a couple of years now. He loves it! The coaches, Glenn (for judo) and Eric (wrestling) are among the best in the country and they are fab with kids. The classes are great, offering a good mix of games and technique. The atmosphere is really nice, informal and friendly, and kids seem to have tons of fun rolling with each other. Classes take place in a lovely spacious clean and bright hall, good equipment including state of the art new mats and adequate changing facilities are available. The committee that runs the club works hard raising funds to keep the classes cheap and affordable. We only pay 3 class, pay as you go, which for London is really a bargain. Occasional events organised by the club also help create a welcoming and community atmosphere. Lucky to have found this little gem of a club in the neighbourhood.

Laurent Allegre

I have trained in free-style wrestling at the Shinbudo Grappling club for the last year, and I have been very impressed by the high quality of the coaching, and how good the Mat is. There are intermediate wrestlers and beginner levels too, as well as a few people from other martial arts style occasionally turning up to improve their grappling skills. It's very affordable, and there is an open-mat session on Sundays for those who want some extra practice. The sessions are a fantastic work-out.

This is a great place to train. The coaches are excellent both in their technical ability and coaching style. There also a really positive atmosphere in all the classes.
