He could not have been any more helpful! Receiving direct contact from a massive company is exceptionally rare these days and he really did go above and beyond to answer my enquiry!! Dee have been attending Shurgard Storage in Plumstead , South East London for just over two months and Dee who works at the storage Centre has been brilliant in her Customer Service. Dee is always happy to answer any question I have and will always go the extra mile to assist where she can. When there was a question mark concerning how much was being taken from my account each month for the rental of our room space, Dee sorted out the issue and again went the extra mile in making sure we were satisfied. As I have said many a time, sometimes some people in this world can be quick to complain when they are dissatisfied but when employees get it right, they deserve to be complimented and encouraged. Dee at Shurgard in Plumstead is one in a million and should be rewarded for her outstanding attitude to customers. Thank you

UPDATE: SHURGARD ARE POLITE (see below) BUT NOT SAFE. YOUR GOOD WILL BE STOLEN IN MANY CASES - THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. CAMERAS ONLY ON LIFTS. THEY REFUSE TO REVIEW MORE THAN 2 HOURS OF FOOTAGE. YOU MUST GUESS WHEN THE BURGLARY TOOK PLACE Not safe. We were burgled. Shuregard refused to look at CCTV (they said they would look at two time points) how were we to know when the place was burgled? This is not a safe place. If you put your stuff here, it is NOT safe. The crooks climb along the top of the units, and lift the grill or roof tiles, it's really easy. DOors are never closed on the outside of the building. can't tell you enough..........it is not safe!!!
