I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Natalie! Not only did my skin love it, but I loved how Natalie took the time to educate me on what she was doing on top of providing amazing service. I wasn't too pleased with my experience at sk:n. I went in for a consultation which you need to pay a 25 deposit for. The practitioner I saw didn't seem bothered to answer all my questions in depth and some were totally ignored, I was told I need to go back another day to speak to another member of staff who can give more info on the treatments suggested which was inconvenient, also felt like I was being rushed out of the clinic towards the end, I didn't feel very welcome. Not a good experience at all compared to other Clinics where I got far better service and was given all information about the treatments, prices and finance plan etc. At sk:n I didn't get any of that in detail and felt like I kept having to ask over and over. It was a bit of a pain to get a refund of the deposit back too since its so difficult to get through to anyone via phone there's always a 25- 30 min wait on the line. Overall the main issue was not feeling welcome, not given enough info and being rushed out all of that doesn't give a good impression to potential customers.
I went for a laser hair removal consultation in July. I paid 25 deposit but decided to not go ahead with the laser after feeling that the staff were impatient. It has been over 3 months and I still haven't received my deposit back. Not to mention that the staff did not provide a patch test and was ready to send me off until I asked - \Isn't there supposed to be a patch test?\ The whole thing felt really rushed, and it is a shame that they managed to lose a customer who had her mind made up about getting laser. It was clearly stated that the deposit was fully refundable. I've been emailing and calling in attempt to get my deposit back but have had no response. Please kindly respond to my emails or give me a call back. I ended up doing my laser hair removal at Strip Wax London instead and they were great.
Do not part with your money - you won't get it back. Disgusting customer service - told a regional manager will contact me and been waiting 3 months. I've chased and chased. They have kept my money for a treatment they said they did but don't. Beyond awful.
