I had the most wonderful facial with therapist Hida. She took care of me and with dedication, knowledge and professionalism provided me with an incredible experience. After the facial I felt like new again and ready to face the world. Thank you Hida! Strongly recommend this place

My new favourite hotel . We had such a fantastic time . Super clean luxurious room .friendly staff . Amazing breakfast . In fact the best breakfast spread i have ever seen . Pricey but good value . Treats upon treats . Real 5 star hotel but not snooty . Calm atmosphere. Big in comfort .

I was given a gift of a deep tissue massage as a birthday present. The massage was good and the therapist was lovely. I found out the price of the massage and was shocked!!! For the overall experience at the landmark hotel and spa this is a complete rip off.... On arriving at the landmark hotel I was not greeted by anyone at the front doors and had to navigate my own way through the old doors myself on entering in the foyer I had no idea where to go finally one of the passing by staff told me to head to the basement... That was my experience of the landmark hotel. On arriving at the spa it took a little time to be greeted by someone (understood it was a weekend and busy) but also the fact that it is a gym and people have memberships to the pool and gym these seem to take priority. I felt what was offered for the time while you are there could have been explained more - water relaxing pool etc etc. Only after the massage was done to be lead into a locked room for "relaxation" behind lock and key. Minimal loungers for relaxing around the pool, and again little to offer. I feel for the price you pay on what you receive in return is minimal, a more wholesome, fulfilling experience would have made me feel as if I would want to book the next massage the therapist tried to sell to me on leaving... Even pouring the customer a cup of tea or glass of water in an actual glass would make all the difference.... Sadly I will not be coming back, and will not recommend this spa...

Had the most perfect warming back massage today by therapist Melina. She knew exactly where the tension was without me having to explain and was so attentive. I'm already planning my next trip!

Not really a ‘luxury spa experience’ by any means, it’s definitely more of a glorified guest gym. There are just 4 beds to relax on, we waited an hour to be able to share one between us. The complimentary fruit platter isn’t really anything special, more of a bowl of some apples and oranges. I expected more from this beautiful hotel. Wouldn’t return or recommend.

One of the best spa in Marylebone and London. Swimming pool with chlorine free water. Good service
