Pharmasist told me to go there with a burn, doctor said it's good that I came. The nurse said I shouldn't have come because of Covid-19, the more people come here the more job she has to do.... Amazing...

Staff were attentive and helpful. I was seen very quickly despite the waiting times stating a 1.5 hour wait and the doctors I saw did seem to genuinely care about my treatment.

Lost sample!!! My 3mo daughter's sample was lost in A&E. The visit took 5h because she didn't have a fever and went to the \green room\. I was waiting for the lab result to be able to give her the right antibiotic for UTI, a serious condition in such young babies. Well, now we have just to pray it doesn't get worse. Outrageous!

A receptionist's attitude disappointed me. She said my injury was minor and I could sort myself out at a pharmacy - which I have no problem at all. But as I turned around, I heard her saying 'unbelievable' with quite a lot of contempt. Hey, I'm still here!! I appreciate the fact that NHS is free and helps me in many other ways, but I don't like specifically this experience. Even if I ask for help for something you consider as very little issues, it might be big for me; and isn't it your job to redirect people? Why is it unbelievable for someone to come for help?
