Clean, covid protection protocol is excellent. I was weary of going into hospital but was reassured by the level of hygiene I witnessed. Well done to the hard working doctors and nurses.

My daughter was here for day surgery she had never been in hospital before and although now an adult they were, even in this difficult time, were amazing with both of us. All staff throughout the building always had time and patience with the many people who had queries or asked directions. They were excellent! I recently attended a private hospital and this was far better .

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff at St Thomas' hospital. I was admitted to hospital last night for a few hours over kidney stones. I cannot fault my experience from the moment I walked in until I was discharged. All the members of staff from receptionists to doctors were caring and cheerful, and they all went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help me out despite the current circumstances. I have to say that in the seven years I have been living in London I had never felt this well looked after and reassured by an NHS healthcare provider. If I ever have any issues I will not hesitate to go and see them again. They were truly amazing. Thank you so much for having looked after me so so well! :)
