My experience with Mini Woolwich in one word “Brilliant” Sam was so helpful, informative and not pushy at all. He was patient and answered all our questions, worked super hard to make sure we were happy and worked harder to get us as close as possible to our budget requirements. I didn’t feel any pressure to sign on the dotted line, if anything Sam actually suggested we go away and think about it and come back the following week. Thank you Sam & Claire for being so helpful and helping me and my sister get a beautiful car that is just perfect for our needs.

Had an MOT and a mini service for a price similar to other garages in the area. Great communication and friendly staff from beginning to end. They sent me a video of my car explaining the results of the free health check (pre MOT) and they completed everything two hours early. They’d sanitised the car thoroughly, too, when I picked it up.
Loved it and was quite good service as the staff are nice and friendly and there is also a bar where you can make Tea, Coffee, Decaf and Hot Chocolate and add Lotus Biscuits also I loved the amount of cars they had as downstairs they had nice new cars but upstairs there were lots of used cars which were amazing even including the newest i8 models.
