Very unprofessional service. Appointments are always late with no explanation given why. Most of the staff are busy chatting amongst each other or playing on their phones. The security staff are very unhelpful, in particular the young guy who needs to learn some people skills.

A great team committed to provide the best customer service, responding to the customers needs and supporting customers to get back into employment.

The people who work here are fantastic. I highly suggest asking Gertrude for any work experience opportunities with Stockwell Job Centre Plus. My experience here was, and still is so wonderful that it is hard to put it into words. I was lucky enough to be an intern with the front of house service, reporting to Doreen. The best way to describe this place is less one of a workplace, and rather, as if it were a second family. Customers, and likewise colleagues, are treated with dignity, compassion and good humour. Ultimately, my confidence in social interaction, my knowledge of how the diverse people of London come to help one another through the civil service, and also my impression of the civil service has improved stratospherically as a result of working at Stockwell job centre plus. It was a great honour to be able to help, in what little way I could, towards the alleviation of poverty in the heart and soul of London. Notable thanks goes out to: Gertrude, Doreen, Vanetta, John, Rebecca, Negede, Justin, Yusuf, George, Dan, Danny, Graham, Mark, Michael, Anthony, Monica, Shardae, Michelle, Isaac, Romeo, Angela. I commend you all, and shall write a letter expressing that commendation to the local constituency MP and send a separate, personalised copy to each of you. Detailing how you each individually supported me, in the early weeks of my internship, as well as impressive positive observations I have made about you, while I was a a fellow member of staff.
