Don't cancel your membership in person. I did this back in March and they claim to have no record of it and say that they're camera footage only goes back 2 weeks. They charged me 3 extra month's membership. I've never felt so cheated.

Olympic-size rink which is great, toilets are mostly well sign-posted and even after a hockey game they were still well stocked with toilet roll and soap (which is often not the case in some arenas). Place is well lit, with lifts and stairs to most (all?) publicly accessible areas. Can be a little confusing working out where to queue for the different facilities, especially when the place is busy because it just looks like a load of people standing around. Amazon lockers are just inside the entrance which is great in terms of convenience. Lost a star for the difficulty finding your way around.

Went online to book a tickets, but for ice skating it said you don't need to. When we went down there for my daughters birthday, they said you must have booked before and that there is no space for the whole day. When i asked why online it didn't show me this information, the guy said "because we are all full". Well if you are all full, put that into your website, so we dont drive all the way down giving fake hope to kids!

If I could rate them a zero I would. Awful customer service, using Covid as an excuse for poor customer service is despicable. Would never use again, not worth the headache & lack of help. A simple booking error could have quite easily be rectified and they chose not too. Quite simply, they are a rip off.

very disappointed with the soft play no staff was present to enforce basic rules set out for both parents and children. The hygiene levels is well below acceptable this place needs a good overhaul.

This gym used to be well below standard but now with the new developments - they have definitely raised the bar! During lockdown it's quite spaced out and airy which I appreciate. The equipment is of good quality and the range of cardio machines is also decent. The swimming pool is long and can help with rehabilitation resistance exercises or give you a great swim. Overall I am impressed with how far they have come.

I love this gym and Wioletta's classes are amazing! Quite sad she is not doing the water workout on Wednesdays anymore I hope she starts doing them again after the second lockdown is over!

Once you get your admission ticket, you can head up to the ice skating rink. We went there right before the opening, so we were able to enjoy fresh ice! They also have a skate shop where you can have your skates sharpened. There is also a food stand if you want to grab a quick bite, get a hot dog, burger or a drink.
