London Calling

Definitely the place to go to in the area. Everybody from the manager to the bartenders are really cool and provide excellent service. Interior really gives a tropical vibe, plus the music that never disappoints. Go here if you want to try a wide arrangement of cocktails, meet beautiful people and dance to great music. I always do.

The venue is nice, good selection of cocktails and the staffs are usually accommodating. However on this occasion I called and advise I would be attending the venue in two minutes if there were any tables available (required due to COVID) to which the lady (Asian accent) who answered polite informed that I could have a table for about two hours as they have a lot of reservations. Perfect for me as myself and guests had plans to be elsewhere. Upon arrival we was greeted by Max who made it a point that he's the only person there that answers the phone. Told max it was a lady who answered and advised of the 2 hour availability. However Max's ego was that he's the only person who answered the phone and it wasn't until I showed my last called number before we were directed to an empty reserved table as per phone conversation. Standing at the front between the rest of the seated guest proving that you have confirmed a seat was not very welcoming however Max was rather dismissive when asked if we could be seated or are the fully booked. His response was always referred to his fact that he's not taken our phone call and he's the only one who answers the phone. At the point of turning away we were offered seating. The other staffs did their best around what Max had to offer which I wouldn't label as customer service. Dan did a very good job of making sure his tables were happy. Been here before COVID and was quite happy to give this place a near 5, however Max has changed that.

It's a really nice place. Went down there to had a drink before the pandemic, and the decoration inside very unique. I really would love to get back there more often. Large selection of drinks if you fancy to try something new.

Only been here for around an hour and a half so far, and its been an amazing experience! Our waiter Vlad, has given such an amazing service, I hope be gets recognition for it! The place itself is very quirky and fun, perfect for birthday drinks! The happy hour drinks taste great, would 100% recommend and will be returning!

Nice ambiance, good service and price. I did not like the caipirinha though it lacked the natural, fresh ingredients. Overall good place

I’m so fussy with cocktails but these are perfect. I have had about four different ones and I love every single one. The service is amazing. Sugar cane punch is one of my favourites so far! The environment is such nice atmosphere. Definitely coming again regularly. It makes me feel like I’m on holiday.

I went in last weekend to Sugar Cane and had an absolute feast! The food was incredible and I enjoyed every single meal that we ordered. The goat curry was aromatic and jerk chicken was incredibly succulent. 10/10 would go there again.
