Been following Taylor & Able for a couple of years online and love they have opened a gorgeous shop. Claire is so helpful and knowledgeable. Love I can pick up ethical and sustainable crafting material and already made gifts. Recently I was unable to get to the shop but needed a present for my god daughter. Claire went above and beyond putting together a beautiful parcel and posting it for me in time for her birthday. Very appreciated thank you

Fantastic shop, a real gem of a place in Penge. Claire, the owner, obviously has a real passion for what she does. If you want fabrics or gifts this is the place to go. Support local!
Went to this shop twice after being told it would be open from 11.am to find on both occasions shut. No reply on mobile no. A wasted journeys and bus rides for me . Wouldnt recommend this shop now to anybody. Only had today and tomorrow to get ribbon for my wedding on Saturday. Very disappointed. Will have to do without now
I had a free motion quilting lesson today, Claire was so patient, explained everything so well. I learnt so much and thoroughly enjoyed the lesson. Would highly recommend. It's also a lovely shop with so many wonderful things to see a crafters dream from the moment you enter. Thank you Claire.
An inspiring experience. I was delighted to find some perfect presents in this shop. Very much enjoyed talking to the staff.
