I had got approached from the agency once I uploaded my CV onto Reed. Ben Silver had found me an immediate placement and I got the job! I've been with various agencies for months, but no one was as quick, polite, reassuring, and lovely as Ben! So lucky to have been contacted by him, haven't left his company since! When I first approached tltp I was not hopeful they would be able to help due to my personal/family life. Then Lara Grant stepped in... Within days Lara not only had me a position but one that fit my every requirement, so much so that with her negotiation, skills and professionalism my placement at a special needs college wanted me to join their own team. Joining tltp, gave me the confidence to pick myself up and the confidence that I could gain meaningful employment. During the initial l9ckdown, Lara kept in contact with me to ensure that I was good and ok. She Lara and indeed the tltp team made me feel valuable and not just a resource to be used. Would I recommend these guys... Goes without saying... YES I WOULD, with a second thought.

I highly recommend this teaching agency for the following reasons: 1. I had returned after a career break and was slightly worried about returning to the classroom and education. My consultant Megan Cleary was so supportive and understanding that I began to dispel the doubts and believe in myself again. 2. They found me suitable roles but never ever pressurised me into accepting them. 3. They found me the perfect job role and secured a long term placement for me that eventually led to a full time offer work commencing in September. 4. Megan and the TLTP Education team always dealt with my queries and no question I asked was ever deemed as 'stupid' or 'annoying'.
