Very welcoming sofas comfortable but needed help getting off them. Needs a sign to give directions to toilet as with lots of people in waiting room your conversation about going to the loo is heard by everyone. No parking

One particular staff member makes me feel quite uncomfortable, she's of oriental decent with dyed /whitish greyish hair, don't like the way she talks to other staff members, don't like her attitude and the way she thinks she owns the place, she works behind the desk btw, very uncouth individual. Another thing, if your feeling insecure about certain facial things then these kind of clinics are probably not the best places to go, they make you feel as if your face is deformed by telling you that you need fillers in your chin, BOTOX in your nose etc, and when they take pictures of you they make sure it looks as horrific as EVER just so that you can buy more treatments, you go there for one thing then leave wanting to top yourself because you've been made to believe your looks are grotesque, their also very very overpriced, I didn't look any different to when I went in.

Consultant Clinic - Based at 8-10 Harley Street. Have to agree with all the other reviewers of Consultant Clinic. I've been to CC twice now, once for 2ml of jaw filler which was extortionately overpriced at 800. I then went back to get lip filler from Dr Melissa. I have full lips already so was looking for definition. There is NO WAY that they have achieved the results in the photos on their instagram. The lip filler cost over 400 and was unnoticeable. Now 6 months on i have a lump on one side that i'm booked in elsewhere to have dissolved. They've done a great job of marketing themselves but the instagram account is managed badly and gives a really unprofessional image. I would recommend steering clear of this company, there are plenty of good quality, professional doctors out there who will give you realistic expectations of what can or cannot be achieved

Waiting room needs updating and decorating other than that it was an enjoyable visit. Waiting room has since been upgraded and is much nicer now

Easy to get to always get a cab as it's a long road to try and find. Busy road also. 10 mins from train station and easy to find a cab. The place its self is very busy but friendly and welcoming.
