Disgusting. Place hadn't been cleaned. Quite scary during covid-19. Bed unmade, carpets worn through, toilet filthy, 'phone host' extremely rude. Do not touch this place. Still waiting for my refund.

Great accommodation. Could do with a little bit more investment outside but really suitable and cozy.
Abandoned lodge,rude customer service over the phone, broken appliances and zero air conditioning in this hot weather and when we asked for help over the phone this managing lady over the phone insults the cliants and cancels the booking without giving the money back for poor management. Feel scammed and would never try or recommend my family and friends
Tee and Danielle was great , tee was very helpful on the phone arrangement the room and Danielle was nice and great to talk too on arrival , the room was clean and value for money , tv could of been bigger and maybe tea and coffee facilities, but apart from that defo would stay again
If all you need is a bed and a clean place to stay for visiting Stamford Bridge and surrounding areas, this is the place for you. Good communication throughout the process. Close to the underground station.
