An appointment with Dr Hobson for PH Manometry. Having had three endoscopies and ENT probe without issue previously I was unable to tolerate the PH manometry due to pain and inflammation. I left the appointment in absolute tears at the manner of Mr Hobson who was too busy telling me he had done thousands of these previously. To top it all my insurance was charged the full amount for a procedure that didnt happen.
Individual approach and comfort
Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Was quite nervous at first however all the staff put me at ease and answered all my questions. The Functional Gut Clinic have helped me regain some aspects of my life after suffering for many years and not finding an appropriate diagnosis/solution. From the initial enquiry to my treatment, the staff have been the brilliant and professional throughout. The clinic is outstanding and would highly recommend to anyone.
Lovely staff all friendly, Samantha couldn’t have been better! really calming and helpful during the procedure. Would recommend to anyone.
