I have no trust to NHS anymore after experiencing \discrimination\ from the Greenhouse GP's . I feel that no one's there is responsible to help me feel better and get back my health on normal level . My arranged appointment by 111 line was ignored . I was waited 45 minutes to be sent out off the Surgery because of the fewer . I did not have coronavirus . Tonsillitis wasn't treated , nor even my other worsing condition . I believe that I am not able to get basic help from people who designed their life to Duty of CARE . Sitting here since 7am because management of systems is so poor, a queue forms early every day for housing and GP. Staff are onsite at 8, but won’t let us in before 9 - sitting cosy in their office while we freeze outside, a warm room full of empty chairs just the other side of the glass door. Thank you NHS, really shameful behaviour.
I spoke with Shirley this morning at the reception desk and she was ever so pleasant. She helped to solve my query regarding a prescription request for one of the patients my pharmacy looks after and was extremely helpful throughout. All in all -Excellent customer service. ( from Bees Pharmacy Rushmore road)
Not too bad but I do need a talk about a thiamine prescription to see what my atorvastatin says about enzymes B48 and B100...
*PURE MAGIC* !!!!!!!! My experience with my GP, Dr Gertrude has been exceptional. My GP has been caring, thoughtful, open, direct, given me her time and totally professional. She is people person and one that I could completely engage with. My condition in the beginning was Life Threatening. I would Not have achieved my present status without her Input. It Is true that you must/myself be fully committed and want to change and get better. I would Not be where I am now and achieved so quickly. She is good, kind person. My position today is ongoing and I always have my GP's attention, even on the day. Request her to call and she Always phones. ALL of the Staff Lisa , Anne, Bianca, Fatima and Tracey are wonderful and splendid. I can even have laugh with them with my crazy nuts humour. All in all what more is to be said. Fan-dabby-dozey !!!
