I regularly get eyebrow waxes and laser hair removal here and everything about this place is professional but still with a homely atmosphere. Susanne makes me feel so comfortable and explains the laser hair removal process so well - as well as being a delight to chat too! I have had 2-3 laser hair removal appointments and I saw progress after the first session. The girls who do my eyebrows are very professional and take their time which I hugely appreciate and make sure that I am happy. I have had so many eyebrow ladies in and around London and they get it perfect every time. In some places the results can vary depending on who you get, but not here.

I have been to The Greenwich Spa a few times now and they never disappoint. I had a facial and massage recently and it was fabulous. They treat their customers so well and do such a great job with all their treatments. I had Natascha and she was amazing! If you are looking for a cute spa that leaves you feeling relaxed and happy then this spa is perfect for you. I cannot wait for my next visit!

The laser treatment is absolutely brilliant. Susanne is friendly and caring and the spa is all equipped for covid which makes me feel safe whilst having my treatment. Love this place and will most certainly return

My appointment was rescheduled without notifying me which resulted in me being 5 mins late for it. The therapist said that she is unable to do the waxing because there is not enough time. When I called the manager trying to reschedule the session I was told that it is not possible and that I will lose the money I paid. Compared to other places I have been to, this place does not seem to care about keeping clients at all and has very rigid attitude and it not very accommodating. They got to keep my 20 pounds, but I wont ever show up there again and wont recommend to anyone.
