We absolutely loved the weekend course! Polly is so charasmatic and easy to chat to, we never felt afraid to ask her questions (and we had many!). We feel much more well informed now on what to expect on the months ahead and we left the course feeling excited and more prepared. The course is really interactive and so it was great to get to know some other couples and the food at the pub was brilliant. You also get given a wonderful course book which is packed full of useful information. It was such a fun weekend and worth every penny! Many thanks to Polly and the rest of The Group.

We have just finished the six-week first time parents course facilitated by Olivia in the lovely space above the new Brown & Green cafe in Crystal Palace park. We found the experience really enriching; learning so much from local, current practicing midwives who know both their profession/field incredibly well, but also the local hospitals. We really appreciated the way information was shared in a very balanced way when covering subjects such as pain relief in labour and feeding options; the pros and cons of each were discussed, highlighting that there is no right or wrong way to go about things, that everyone is different and will find solutions that work best for them. The format of the sessions was very well considered with different types of activities to prompt discussions and also allowing for us to ask lots of questions. The handbook provided is really useful with information both about the run up to and including birth as well as the following days, weeks and months with a new baby. Finally we have met some lovely local couples who will hopefully form a great support network when the babies arrive... Many thanks to Olivia (and her colleagues who ran the last couple of sessions whilst she was away) - we have learned so much!

Fantastic course, we loved it. It provided real information, not just the ideal scenarios and we got honest answers to all of our questions. Rachel who ran the course was fantastic and we met Rebecca on the labour ward when our little girl was born and she was amazing. Thoroughly recommend, worth the money.

The antenatal classes for first time parents with Nathalie in Dulwich were absolutely brilliant, so informative, open-minded and encouraging. It was a great chance to meet people and I feel exceptionally well prepared for the labour and beyond. Would thoroughly recommend!

We undertook the 6 week course with Polly in East Dulwich and I really couldn't recommend it enough. The content is delivered in a relaxed manner with a great approach & has left us both feeling much more confident & ready to meet our little man.
