Having had end of tenancy cleans with other companies previously, I expected a certain level of cleanliness when booking with Happy House Cleaning. I was shocked and disappointed that this did not meet expectations. After inspecting the initial clean, there were a number of areas missed, including (photos below): - Food marks in the fridge - Food on oven handle - Dust around skirting boards - Dust in window ceils - Cupboards (that were empty) not even touched - Door handles and light switches not even touched I reached out to advise of the issues, and was met with a defensive reply, however was able to get the team to come back to fix up these issues. On return to inspect the second clean, there were still issues - as the cupboards had not even been touched still! The reason given was that “they were unable to clean cupboards with items in them”, however these were cupboards that did not have any items in them to begin with. I’ve since had a 10 refund, however if you’re looking for a simple and easy experience where you can trust that everything will be cleaned thoroughly, I would not recommend Happy House Cleaning. I think the cleaning team need to receive better training, as they lack attention to detail. UPDATE: When agent went through property for checkout, the overall feedback was that ‘more cleaning could have been done’, after Happy House cleaners had run through the property twice. I saw this company did end of tenancy cleaning service. they were pretty affordable for my budget and used professional equipment. I was able to book them on my desired date. Communication was excellent and the staff were very professional, i would use them again as they are offering a wide range of cleaning services for homes and offices and have special offers as well. Would recommend!
