This Service IS NOT AS HELPFULL AS THEY MAKEOUT TO BE!!! THE FAIR HAIR SO CALLED RECEPTIONIST AND SOME OF THE STAFF & Dr's NEED TO BE REASSESSED AT LEAST TWICE YEARLY, TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHAT A MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION IS ... BECAUSE THEY WOULD NEVER EVER LET ANY ONE OF THEIR LOVED ONES SUFFER AND ACCEPT THE WAY THAT WE HAVE BEEN TREATED...ALSO A LADY NAMED ADE NEEDS TO BE TAUGHT HOW TO RECEIVE AND ANSWER PHONE CALLS... RESPECTIVLEY AND LISTEN TO THE CALLER CAREFULLY !!!!

Awful service. Even once in the system can go for months with no contact from them, no empathy from any registered 'proffesional', continuous excuse when I camplain about the care I received and made to feel like I'm the one who is in the wrong. Refused to let me bring an advocate into my meetings with them. Would've been better without anything at all, just caused me more stress and anxiety. The only saving grace is their reception staff who have always been lovely in person and when I've called.

Absolutely disgusting service? From the reception to nurses to doctors! If you have mental health issues before you come here, by the time you leave it will 100 times worse. These people are doing it for money, and the doctors try to make a career out of you, the patient?
