Do not go there!! The guy is really rude and it’s impossible to communicate with. He just comes to collect them, discussions phone only. My squash racket was restringed with 4 knots over all and the tension was very poor, when I asked to restring it he said he can do it again for a discounted price but not for free. When I asked for a refund and to remove the strings he said that’s just not going to happen. Basically with him it is what what it is and that’s what you get. It’s 35 for a squash and that’s a bit steep, for a poor job on top. Had to get a new racket in the end. The guy at the counter was really nice though. Update: after 4 times playing squash strings broke again!! 30 down the drain.

Pretty poor job and support from this provider. I dropped my tennis racquet off with my own strings. I received them with a significant fray in the mains. There was no effort to call me or contact me to rectify this when it happened, just a hope that I'd receive it and let it slide. I was offered a free restring once they broke. I declined and asked for a refund. The vendor refused to restring them with his own strings so all in all I was left out of pocket from this. Use at your own risk I suppose.
