We rented a villa on the charming Greek island of Hydra. The villa was exactly as described online - modern yet rustic, with incredible views over the port - but in fact the photos didn't do it justice! Jamie from the Luxury Travel Book went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, both in the lead up to, and during the holiday -incredible service! We LOVED Hydra itself - can't wait to go back, and would definitely book this villa again.

The service they provide is excellent. You can call them or e-mail them, and you always get a quick reply with the answer you need or the solution to a specific problem. In our case, we were taken care by Mr. Freddy Marquis that did a fantastic job all the way in the process. He handled a \weak moment\ in our journey in a way that showed their absolute commitment to customer satisfaction.
Every aspect of booking our break was simple and stress free. After initially sharing what we were looking for with Freddie he very quickly came back to us and presented a series of fantastic options to us. Once we’d made our choice Freddie was on hand once again to make sure everything we’d need prior to and on arrival was covered and arranged. He really did do an amazing job. And the property itself? Phenomenal. A great location, every amenity was available to us, superb views, privacy and the house was impeccable inside and out. We will absolutely be using the Luxury Travel Book again in the future.
The accommodations were FINE... The support from the Luxury Travel Book was spotty (emails not being responded to for days, the Concierge not being aware of any requests we asked for, etc.). But, maybe the BIGGEST Problem is in the markup they charge. In my Case, it was over 50%... Meaning, if you're going to spend 5.000 Euros, you're going to get Invoiced over 7.500 Euros (basically, for them connecting you to the Property). It's fine to make a 'Margin' but there are more affordable Booking Agents out there. It just takes some extra Google Clicks.
