I don’t know why there’s a phone number attached when no one can answer the phone. Would be the 4th day in a row. Ridiculous really

It's always a pleasure to come to my appointments. I'm always greeted so kindly by Jacqui the receptionist. I always get appointments at times that best suits me. The past few appointments I've been seen my Midwife Alison who has been ever so kind and has really kept my mind at ease. She has always remembered small personal details which is lovely! I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy and I've never had any issue with the service. Thank you for all your help and hard work, you are all brilliant!

Perhaps do not ask patients to arrive 15 mins early for their 13:30 appointment if you are closed for lunch between 12:30-13:30!

I had my second appointment at the Midwives House on 26/7 at 11:10. The lovely lady at the reception really cheered me up as it was THE HOTTEST day in London and I was quiet miserable. I believe I was seen by midwife named Abigail (I might be wrong) but she was extra caring and sweet, her calming manner was much needed. All my questions were answered and I left the room without any worries. Thank you for doing a great job!

Worst midwifery ever. Arrived early for my appointment, found about 15 people queueing outside becase all midwife and staff were on lunch break at the same time. Once inside they let us wait for over 1 hour and when asked one woman in the office replied she was busy and another replied they were running late, yes late because they were on lunch! Very unhelpful in such a sensitive time for a mum to be. When they are called on the phone they don't give any useful advice and if you are ill they tell you not to come to the center as you can spread the virus, so what are they paid for? I just see many people with nothing to do chatting and making jokes around. Waste of NHS money!
