I had a laser treatment for the first time in my life few weeks ago. Was extremely worried as I have heard many scary stories before from friends that had the same treatment in other clinics. Reading the reviews online I decided to choose Eva as my consultant, and I gotta say I had the best experience. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. She makes you feel at ease and is always willing to answer any questions and concerns. We have built a trust relationship and the treatment results are amazing. If you decide to proceed with a treatment Eva is the person you need to choose.

If you ever want to work for that company ...be aware - they do not care about their staff. They BREACH contract and have zero morality. 1. They employed me before lockdown started. When clinic closed NO ONE has contacted me. I sent emails to Manager who employed me and NO answer. FOR WEEKS. I had to find a director of clinic through their Facebook page. Not very professional. Director of the clinic was pushing me to go to previous employer, he literally send me email where he asks me to threaten them with bad reviews and PR. Well, how about I give you a taste of your own medicine..? I have spoken with my solicitor and trade union, both confirmed that that Company with-hold my wages. !!!!!! And guess what? They confirmed they want me to start after lockdown finishes. Two days later when I asked for my wages I was dismissed. Yes, in time of Pandemic. Yes, with 0 penny to survive. Amazing compassion and human kindness was shown towards me. Even if I will loose a Tribunal - please please please do not work for them, as a managers will forget about you and main Director can throw you under the bus. P.S. All communication during LockDown I had with company was written unprofessional and rude.

I have been using services at NYLC on and off for about seven years. I have always found the staff to be helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. The equipment seems to be of a high standard as are the facilities and the cleanliness of the place. I have only used one of the treatments on offer and can't speak for the others, but all in all, it has been an excellent experience and reasonably priced.
