New patient - and so far seamless: From signing up to my first telephone appointment with the doctor. I don't need to go in for face-to-face appointments and have been impressed with the Ask My GP service. Treated within 2 hours I think! Doctors and medical teams are under such stress and strain that we need to acknowledge the hard work they do. Many thanks!

The receptionist are a joke phoned up to get an emergency call back due to struggling to breath abd a sore lung can just about hold my head for them to tell ne they cant book it in as i need to do it through ask my gp which i have previously informed them that ut dont work on ny phone for some reason total lack of care

Great experience. Easy to make appointment through new online service. Prompt call with doctor Rufus. Follow up appointment next day and amazing treatment by two nurses (sorry I didn’t get your names) for a blood test.

A very well organised, professional practice. Staffs are lovely and helpful. A very efficient online appointment managing system means we’d always get to speak with a doctor and an appointment when it’s needed. It’s true that you may have to wait past your appointment for your appointment, and I don’t think I’ve been to a practice where I don’t have to wait?! Maybe not so good for people who don’t have access to the internet for their online services, but I’m very happy with the service I received from them.

It’s a five star TP I don’t understand why people are given one or two stars whilst at this reception everyone is doing their job also the doctors are exquisite so I would like to give this GP a five star
