The O2 Arena is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the centre of The O2 entertainment complex on the Greenwich Peninsula in southeast London. It opened in its present form in 2007. It has the second-highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom, behind the Manchester Arena, and in 2008 was the world's busiest music arena. The arena was built under the former Millennium Dome, a large dome-shaped building built to house an exhibition celebrating the turn of the third millennium; as the structure still stands over the arena, The Dome remains a name in common usage for the venue. The arena, as well as the overall O2 complex, is named after its primary sponsor, the telecommunications company O2, a subsidiary of Spain's Telefónica.

The biggest events arena in London. The huge yellow antennas are iconic and everybody should be able to recognise the while dome with the yellow spikes as being the O2. We only went for a quick tour inside, to check how many stores are still open and basically, to take the pulse. Fortunately, it's still alive, with people still coming for shopping or a quick bite. Normally, there is a one way system in place, entering on the left doors, going round and exiting on the right door, but I have seen people not taking this into consideration. I have also seen that people are still climbing the O2 and I think that it would be an amazing experience.

We went to see the Backstreet Boys. Easy to get to and security was relatively quick. You can’t bring in your own food and drink, nor any large bags. We bought water in the venue and they take the caps off, which is a bit of a pain.Seats were on the small side so quite snug. We were on the first tier and had a really good view. Sound was great.Leaving was difficult.

It's a pity world tour finals are being moved. Used to be the highlight for us tennis fans! There's always a great vibe at the O2 arena
