I initially had my quote from The Shutter Shop in February 2020, and being happy with their professionalism, range of products and service, decided to go ahead with my order. Despite the challenges that the current situation has brought with it, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure that I was kept well informed and that my fitting was completed as soon as possible. The team arrived last week to install my shutters (8 in total) and were a pleasure to deal with. They observed the safety standards that are essential at the moment, but were also friendly, efficient and worked extremely hard to have the installation completed within 3 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend The Shutter Shop. Even better that they are a local company with years of experience!

I did a lot of research before making my decision to go with The Shutter Shop Ltd. It certainly paid off as the service, from the initial site measure visit to the final installation was exceptional. My shutters, for 4 no. windows were installed in under 4 hours and the installation and quality has exceeded my expectations.
