Had an amazing time over the week and learnt so much! The tutor Emmanuel is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and gave a 5 star service! I didn’t just learn about the different types of cocktails and the history but also the distillation process giving me a much greater understanding ! I can’t wait to come back for the level 2 course!! I will also be sending another member of staff for the week as it’s such an exceptional experience !

Manuel and The Spirit Lab are fantastic. The course is informative, hones your bartending and mixology skills and is great fun. You will get a lot of knowledge about the products and the bar and follow this up with a lot of practical skills such as how to effectively process orders in a bar. Very useful information for aspiring bartenders, bar managers or potential business owners in order to get a bigger picture understanding.

Amazing week! So much fun. Honestly was amazing and well worth it. I had no real interest apart from enjoying cocktails on a night out and now have a complete passion for creating and exploring new drink ideas. Honestly best week. The International Mixology Diploma with Emanuele was a really fun week and I learned a LOT, both practical and theory. It's so good to have the background knowledge of all the spirits from the WSET qualification done alongside, as it really helps you to understand flavours and balance. The practical aspects were really useful especially the multiple orders practice, and making and tasting the cocktails of course :) Thanks!
