We booked to go on a cruise through Ultimate. At first we were in two minds as to whether to book direct or to use an agent. Well I can definitely recommend Ultimate. They took care of every detail and we had a fabulous time. The holiday was fab, the service superb right from the first contact, all the way through the booking process and even after the event. Personal service. Knowledgeable staff. What's not to love?

My 85y old Mum had decided on one last adventure and we decided on Peru. Despite not having used The Ultimate Travel Company before, right from the start we were treated as if we were long loyal clients. Jonny put together a unique itinerary for us, the right balance between adventure and the \must sees\. The highlight was to be a remote stay in a research station deep in the Amazon, but sadly it wasn't to be. Coronavirus hit the world and we were unable to travel. I phoned Jonny with a heavy heart to cancel and I was beyond delighted when, without question, our full deposit was returned within 2 days. Professional and exceptional customer service - what more do you want in a travel partner? I will travel again and I will come to the Ultimate Travel Company as my first choice.

We've had a few trips with Ultimate, all to southern and eastern Africa, and they've been incredible. Going through them costs less than trying to book directly with the camps, and the whole trip is seamlessly organised by the team, who have actually visited all of the camps that they recommend. Stress-free travel!
