Never EVER order from these guys, no matter how much you might like something they sell. The absolute worst, thieving company I've ever come across. I have no idea how they're still allowed to be open. I ordered some stuff over a year and a half ago and it never came. I've only just got a refund but not because they gave it to me. I had to do a chargeback through my bank, so now the bank is chasing them up. They won't send your stuff if you order online so just don't do it.
Wow....I ordered at the beginning of November and paid in full. They \let me know\ that ALL the items that I ordered were out of stock in mid December! I chose other items instead....and yes, you guessed it, OUT OF STOCK! I waited nearly 3 weeks for a refund. Their excuse was Covid, as they couldn't get in the store to check for stock. Highly disappointed and will never shop there again.
Friends don't let friends Viking Store. Famous in the LARP community for stuff arriving months late or never at all, a nightmare to get refunds from and an owner that occasionally reaches out to abuse dissatisfied customers on facebook. Don't say you weren't warned.
Terrible customer service. If you order from them online don't be surprised if you never receive your order and never get a refund or any contact. Truly terrible and the owner has no concept of what customer service is, often referring to his customers as idiots.
