The blood test showed a problem which I took the results to the GP and received medication and I am feeling much better now. I find the cost very reasonable and also the ability to receive the test kits when you want is good as well. It is not just testing they do. You can input your exercise regime and eating habits and receive feedback. A sort of holistic approach all for the price of the tests. I recommend this company

I subscribe to this service and have altered to receive 3 blood tests a year. I find it easy to use, the results come back promptly as well as overview and relevant advice. Good resource if you want to keep on top of your health. Thank you

Thriva has enabled me to be more in control of my own health parameters and in a timely way, plus the regular testing means that trends can add more useful information to the process, as sometimes measuring 1 point in time in a single blood test and then not retesting is of limited value. The test is as easy as possible, I have had my results within 2-3 days of the samples going in the post and I have found that there is so much extra value added to the Thriva service, including guidance on the website to help those not familiar with interpretting results to better understand what they mean. I am really impressed with the whole service, including having the input from a Dr for each test that I do who provides a personal report which accompanies my results. I have been able to set up my own tailored health plan, to include a wider range of lifestyle measures, including exerise, stress levels and mental health and my own personal goals. Overall, I think Thriva provide a great service :-)

Customer support is amazing, email chats make you feel as if you are speaking to a friend. Peace of mind for blood tests, I have a family risk of type 2 Diabetes and Thyroid problems. With a job that is difficult to attend Dr appointments this service means I can look after my health from the comfort of my home.

Extremely disappointed. I used the service as a one off test but got charged the same amount again after 3 months as it was suddenly considered a subscription. This was never clearly mentioned in the sale process and I would not have purchased this as I only needed a one off test rather than a quarterly subscription. I suppose the service is OK if you want to carry on with this, but the scammy hidden subscription that I was put on means there is no way I will use this service again. To be fair a refund was offered, however this was not for the full amount as I had to pay for the test kit itself (completely useless).
