Popped in here following a call to Tiffany customer services about availability of a necklace. Courteous service from the very off. Friendly, professional and courteous staff throughout out my visit. I knew what I wanted and they quickly dealt with my purchase which allowed me to surprise my wife! Disappointing that a previous review felt it appropriate to mention that the man on the door was a black bouncer. Hardly appropriate, relevant or even accurate comment I found. My experience was totally positive regardless of staff background. Thank you

Offer the most friendly and professional service of all Tiffany branches in London. The collection of new silver male bracelets for less than 1.000 is excellent. Also nice contemporary silver male sunglasses for 300.
Fantastic service all around - from the security guard, general meet and greet, to point of sale and beyond. Fast turnaround on ring resizing (took a week vs Westfield quoting us 3 weeks). Thank you so much to Neda who helped us with our ring purchase! Can't wait to return.
Very safe but not the tiffany experience we know and love. It was still busy but you can't browse and I wouldn't rush back.
