Booked a last-minute nail appointment (gel extensions) with Lyra who was incredible!!! I have never met a nail technician/ artist who is so passionate about nails! Although a tiny bit on the pricey side (to be expected for gel nail extensions in Central London?) the time and dedication from Lyra was just superb and worth it. Not only was she informative and so gentle during the manicure, but she was also so patient with me when I couldn't decide on a nail colour and did not rush to finish the job when her next client arrived. I'll be back again for sure! I'm also looking forward to booking a hair appointment after seeing clients leaving the salon super happy.

Lyra was absolutely amazing. Patient, delicate with the customer’s hands and thorough, she took the time to go over any imperfections and the nails turned out amazing. Not to mention the freehand drowning of a lotus flower on two of my nails is gorgeous. I will come back.

Just to make it clear - I never got to try the hairstyling services at this place so he may be a great stylist. But the treatment I received was quite appalling. I was scheduled a Colour app after a consultation last week and after traveling to the place and waiting for 40 min! I was sent back home telling me that I could not have this treatment as I would need to go through another treatment before which would take more time and could not be actioned today (although all info was given during the consultation). The lady there also promised to follow up with an explanation later today as I could see she felt weird and uncomfortable with my experience but I didn’t hear anything back. I went to the nearby salon (hare and bone) and was treated properly!
