Fulham Council have implemented a road gate to block access between Harwood Road and Fulham Broadway thereby removing access down Effie Road to Barclay Road - this was done as local residents wanted to stop people rat running in the neighbourhood and cutting off the corner down residential streets Please note it is illegal for motorbikes, mopeds and small vehicles with engines to go through the two side gaps at the ends of the traffic gate. It it just for bicycles. The council have installed cameras so they will issue a penalty charge notice for infractions.
