Shockingly unprofessional, my advice to anyone thinking of using Trait Media would be to think again. Once our deposit was paid it has been impossible to get hold of Tim and after months of hearing nothing all we have received is a video of a very shoddy website that is far from incomplete. After receiving this video it is now impossible to reach any point of contact with the company. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AVOID!!
