Overpriced for what you get. no modernised ventilation f.ex. Covid regulations not followed consistently f.wx bus packed with 50 instead of 30 people. Wearing of masks not enforced. So many men on every bus, train, tube not wearing masks. No surprise you lose money! make those idiots and selfish people wear masks and ban them from public transport

If it would be possible I would give -10. They clearly have no idea what service means that for people’s money, you actually give something. It is way overpriced, and in change the service is more than awful (it happened many times that I late from work because the bus never came and the next one arrived after 30 mins - should I depart at 4am to be in work at least 7 or what?!). I am living in London for half year now, came from Budapest. I was always complaining about the public transportation there, but I will never ever do that again. Now I am thinking that one is a gift from God and TFL is made by the Devil itself.
