These people are just terrible. Their customer service had an attitude while trying to tell me they did me a favor. I don't trust their platform at all. They held back nearly 500 on a reservation that was incorrectly made. The availability showed unavailable after they ran and processed my credit card. Was their fault and they would not own up to it.

I found there website and customer focus really refreshing. The website is so easy and straight forward to use. When I needed to amend my booking their on line support replied quickly and my booking was amended. I could ask for a better service I wished all on line experience was as good as this one. The only improvement I would like to see in a non 0845 number to call if you need to speak with someone. It would cost a lot to call my mobile
